Return Process

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the item at a designated carrier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
